Celebrity Slim is one of the best meal replacement programmes for successful weight loss. It's designed to help you lose weight fast - and keep it off. There are no gimmicks and no calorie counting, it's just an easy to follow programme which helps you achieve some great results!

The Celebrity Slim Programme has been developed by Nutritionists and Biochemists and provides a diet plan that works by restricting the amount of carbohydrates and overall calories in your diet.

Our products are packed full of an advanced protein formula designed to keep you feeling fuller for longer and we ask you to eat up to 6 times a day, rather than the usual three, along with drinking two litres of water. This will boost your metabolism, helping your body to burn fat, and you're less likely to feel hungry.

Which is the best phase for me?

The Trim Phase

If you are looking for long-term sustainable weight loss start out on the TRIM phase. The TRIM phase provides the most effective long-term results. The TRIM phase may be best for you if you are looking for more flexibility in terms of daily food allowance.

The TRIM phase is at the heart of the programme and is designed to deliver long-term sustainable results. This is the classic phase where you replace 2 meals each day and combine this with a balanced meal and 3 snacks. This easy-to-follow programme will keep you feeling full and is flexible enough to fit in with your work and home life.

The Rapid Phase

If you like exercise and are looking to lose a larger amount of weight in a short period of time, or your weight loss has slowed down on the regular Celebrity Slim TRIM phase, we would recommend following the Celebrity Slim RAPID phase. This can help you kick start your weight loss and motivate you ready for following the other phases. We would recommend you follow this phase for 1 to 2 weeks maximum before moving on to the TRIM phase. Because of the food restrictions on the RAPID phase, we only recommend staying on it for short periods of 1 to 2 weeks. As moderate exercise is recommended daily a minimum of 2 litres of water must also be consumed per day.

The RAPID phase has been introduced to help accelerate your weight loss goals . It combines Celebrity Slim ACTIVE shakes with a daily exercise programme.

The Maintain Phase

The MAINTAIN phase is designed to help you maintain your weight loss once you have reached your goal. During the MAINTAIN phase you will only have 1 meal replacement, from our range, along with 2 balanced meals and up to three healthy snacks.

The Celebrity Slim MAINTAIN Phase is an essential step in keeping your weight off. During this phase we will start to reintroduce some carbohydrates into your diet.

What foods can I eat on the Programme?

These products are designed to give you all of the nutrients you need to keep your body functioning healthily but have also been carefully developed to keep carbohydrates low and proteins high. That way your food intake at these 2 meals each day is closely controlled. In addition we recognise that variety and great taste are important factors in helping you stick to a diet programme, so we have developed great tasting products for you to enjoy, including shakes, soups, meal bars, ready meals and smoothies.

In addition to the Celebrity Slim meal replacements you are able to have a healthy balanced meal and on the TRIM and MAINTAIN phase you can also include up to 3 daily snacks.There are lots of delicious foods to be enjoyed on the programme, but there are also some foods which are best left alone in order to achieve some good weight loss results.
