Whilst we think there’s nothing to be embarrassed about we understand that some conditions are more sensitive than others and you may not want to discuss these at the pharmacy counter with other customers able to overhear.

Delivery takes approximately 4-5 working days, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
How will I know my order is ready for collection?

We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Your dispatch email will contain details of your nominated pharmacy's opening hours.
What will I need to bring with me to collect my order?

You'll need to bring your acknowledgement email, dispatch email or your order number with you, along with some form of identification, which could be a driving license, passport or bank card with your name on it.
