Allergies

Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a substance in the environment that is typically harmless. Allergies can develop in children and adults, impacting everyday activities. Some allergies may go away with age, and others can develop over time. While they can be a nuisance, most allergic reactions are mild and manageable.
Hay fever

Hay fever is a common allergic reaction to pollen from grasses, trees, weeds, and shrubs. Tiny pollen particles meet the lining of the mouth, nose, eyes, and throat causing irritation which activates the allergic reaction.
Cough

Coughing is our body's natural way of clearing out irritants from our airways. From dust and pollen to infections like the common cold, our bodies use coughing as a defence mechanism to keep us healthy. A cough typically clears up on its own within 3 to 4 weeks. While it can be annoying, rest assured that your body is working hard to heal itself.
Blocked or runny nose

There are lots of reasons why you may have a blocked or runny nose without it being allergies. Although a blocked or runny nose is a very common symptom of both hay fever and colds and flu. Lots of people suffer with a blocked or runny nose, and the cause can be anything from alcohol and spicy food to exercise or hormonal changes.
Sore Throat

Sore throats are quite common but usually nothing to be concerned about. In most cases, they go away within a week or so. When you have a sore throat you may experience pain and discomfort. The throat can become red, and scratchy and it could be painful or difficult to swallow, also your voice may become croaky or quiet.
