For your initial consultation with us, you will need:

Proof of ID:
- Passport
- Driving Licence (full or provisional)
- National Identity Card
Proof of previous weight loss medication – This includes the box itself or the dispensing label
NHS number (For if we have to check your medical records)

For online consultations, you will also need:

Scales
Tape measure
Blood pressure monitor (not essential)

Can I stay on the same dosage when switching to Rowlands?

If you are already halfway through your weight loss journey, you may be able to continue on the dosage you are currently on, provided we can verify your previous supply. This will be at your pharmacist's discretion
